Tiffanie Ditlevson is an at-large Fishers City Councilor, elected citywide in one of Indiana’s fastest-growing communities. Her record reflects thoughtful governance, fiscal discipline, and a steady hand during periods of rapid growth.
Like many families in District 31, Tiffanie intentionally chose Fishers as the place to raise her daughter, Micayla—moving here nearly two decades ago to leave behind the Washington, D.C. malaise in favor of Midwest community values. In Fishers, she found a wonderful environment to raise Micayla, safe communities, great schools and kind friends. That experience reinforced her belief in thoughtful leadership focused on families, schools, and quality of life.
On the City Council, Tiffanie has worked on issues directly impacting families in District 31—housing, infrastructure, traffic, public safety, and long-term planning. She is known for asking hard questions, doing the homework, and working constructively with colleagues to deliver results.
A Hamilton County resident with deep roots across the district, Tiffanie believes effective leadership starts with listening and is grounded in preparation, seriousness, and service.
